Great experience. Would definitely hire again.

Mike, the general manager, was incredibly thorough when doing our consultation and estimate. He explained the hows and whys of our issues and provided a very detailed explanation about the recommended course of action. He was very straightforward, and at no point did I feel like he was trying to oversell me or recommend anything that was unnecessary.

As to the work, Ed was not only a very nice guy, but he also did quick yet meticulous work. Our shower has A lot of grout lines and small tiles, but somehow he cleared all the old grout out and replaced it perfectly within just a few hours without causing any damage to the tiles.

The whole experience with Sir Grout was easy and efficient. It's clear they know what they're doing. It was nice to get this work done without ever feeling like I was maybe being ripped off.

Romeo was very professional and friendly. He showed us his progress every few hours. He explained what he was doing. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished. He told us how to maintain it and what products to use. Looks very nice.

I can't wait to use the shower in a few days and see how the shower floor and walls last over time.
