We were very pleased with their regrouting of our porcelain tile floors in three rooms.

From the initial contact with Mike, who came out promptly to explain in detail and clarity his recommendations, to presenting a detailed estimate, to the scheduling, and then to the work performed by their crew member, Romeo.

He was on time, walked us through what was to be done, protected the pathway to the areas, and did an excellent job. Floors look new again. Highly recommend them.

We contracted with Sir Grout to clean the tile in the primary bath, seal it, and replace the grout in the shower and around the shower, as well as replacing the grout around the flooring in the powder room. I was very pleased with the professionalism of Mike Brown, who gave us our estimate and explained the processes needed to accomplish the task.

The technician, Ed, arrived on time and did a remarkable job in completing the project. He was well-organized and knowledgeable in this work, and I can't say enough about his workmanship. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of such services.
