The grout in our new construction home failed, which led to further water issues underneath the tub, water-staining the ceiling in the room below the tub, and also caused the bathroom tile floor to crack. Utter disaster. It was a problem I didn't know how to fix myself, as a somewhat experienced DIY.
During the estimate process, Mike explained why and how the failure occurred, and what repairs could be made to remedy it. The repair would also replace a cracked tile in an extremely tight space (a corner tile next to a toilet). And, of course, I only had a single spare tile for the repair, since the floor tile was discontinued.
Ed was transparent about the difficulty of the tile repair, but he miraculously pulled it off. The floor and the shower are back to looking brand new, and the best part is I don't have to worry about water issues anymore.
It wasn't a cheap fix, but I am confident it was the right fix, and we won't have further issues with the shower leaking. I'm 110% satisfied with the job Sir Grout did.

Sir Grout did an amazing job with cleaning, sealing my floor/shower tiles and in some instances repairing grout in my kitchen, master as well as hallway bath.
Ed was the primary technician, assisted by Romeo- both were friendly and knowledgeable and strove to make sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. Ed, in particular, assured me that he would be thorough and not rush, taking care as if it were his own home.
He even made a good suggestion about some follow-up grouting that needs to be done to preserve the integrity of one of the floors. Would definitely recommend this team for any grout needs.
