I am very impressed with the professionalism and work done by this company. It was easy to schedule an estimate and the man who did the actual work, Umer, was prompt both days, very professional, did a great job showing me each step when a decision about grout color etc needed to be made, did an excellent job with the shower work I had done, cleaned up after he was finished and was extremely easy to work with. My sad looking stained shower now looks brand new! I had originally gotten an estimate elsewhere to redo the whole shower, tiles and all, which would have been more than three times the price for the work Sir Grout did. Thank you, Umer, and Sir Grout!
Great service! Umer explained the whole process thoroughly and did a terrific job cleaning and resealing 2 separate tile areas in my home.
Our condo bathroom has travertine floor tiles that probably had not be resealed in 20 years. I contracted Sir Grout to restore the tiles and grout and to apply sealant. Umer completed the work over two business days as scheduled. However, the result did not meet expectations. I messaged the general manager who, after seeing video clips of the floor, told me the sealant needed to be stripped and reapplied. The result has fully met my expectations. The matte sealant allows the color/patterns of the travertine to be expressed and eliminated reflections of the ceilings lights. I appreciate Umer's good work and that Sir Grout stood behind its service without delay.
We hired Sir Grout to do our kitchen floor and master bathroom/shower floors. Romeo was our service technician. He arrived on time, and did a wonderful job. Our floors looked brand new when completed. He was knowledgeable, friendly, kind, and helped my wife select grout colors. He finished the job in a day. He was very clean and respectful of our home. We highly recommend Sir Grout and Romeo!
The whole experience with Sir Grout has been a pleasure. Mike came out for the estimate and answered all of our questions. We scheduled the job that night. Romeo came to perform the service, and we really couldn't be happier with the result. He regrouted the entire shower area, color sealed the wall grout, and replaced the caulking around the perimeter and fixtures. It basically looks brand new, like the day we bought the house. There's no question we'll continue to use Sir Grout for maintenance.
Romeo did an amazing job! My shower and bathroom floors look brand new. He kept me updated on the job progress throughout the day. On top of doing a great job, he cleaned up throughly. Couldn't tell there was work completed in the bathrooms.
Ed did a great join sealing our shower! Very professional and perfect lines. Highly recommend Sir Grout.
Romeo did an excellent job working on our laundry room tile, attic bathroom, and primary bathroom. Our tile and grout were extremely tired and look much cleaner now!
Right on time. Worked fast and did a great job. Looks like a brand new shower.
