We had a great experience with Sir Grout. Mike explained the process thoroughly, was always responsive, and is clearly knowledgeable in this area.

Romeo did a fantastic job, and while I couldn't be there when it was done (my spouse was), there were no issues, and the shower looks spectacular. I'm so happy that we found this expert company. I highly recommend them.

Both the sales and technical staff were excellent to work with. Ed, Umer, and Romeo, as well as Mike and sales, all provided very good communications, quick turnaround, and ease of scheduling.

They addressed any concerns very quickly. They were thorough, clean, and polite. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody looking for a professional job that will last a long time. Completely satisfied.

Very happy with how my floors look. I had my foyer with flagstone tiles and kitchen floor with ceramic tiles done. Both look almost new with the new grout. Romeo was very talented and explained the process. He also showed me the grout color in one area before applying it all over to make sure I was happy with the color.

Absolutely beautiful job! The tile looks like new, and they completed the job in one afternoon! Definitely recommend. 🤩

We had a great experience with Sir Grout. The owner, Mike, came and went through a thorough estimate of the four bathrooms that needed various levels of grout and caulking work done.

He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, which gave me the confidence I needed after a general contractor did the same work poorly a couple of years prior.

I really appreciated that a specialist would be doing the work this time. Because it was a fairly large job, it took place over a day and a half, and I got to work with three terrific professionals - Romeo, Ed, and Umer.

They took the time to review the work carefully with me prior to starting and once they were done. For the large shower that required new grout, Romeo went over different color options until we found the exact right one. His patience and kindness was very appreciated.

Ed and Umer were similarly thoughtful and helpful, going above and beyond with taking care of the smallest details, including some education on the type of cleaning solution to use on grout and caulk. I recommend Sir Grout very heartily.
