The grout in our new construction home failed, which led to further water issues underneath the tub, water-staining the ceiling in the room below the tub, and also caused the bathroom tile floor to crack. Utter disaster. It was a problem I didn't know how to fix myself, as a somewhat experienced DIY.

During the estimate process, Mike explained why and how the failure occurred, and what repairs could be made to remedy it. The repair would also replace a cracked tile in an extremely tight space (a corner tile next to a toilet). And, of course, I only had a single spare tile for the repair, since the floor tile was discontinued.

Ed was transparent about the difficulty of the tile repair, but he miraculously pulled it off. The floor and the shower are back to looking brand new, and the best part is I don't have to worry about water issues anymore.

It wasn't a cheap fix, but I am confident it was the right fix, and we won't have further issues with the shower leaking. I'm 110% satisfied with the job Sir Grout did.

Sir Grout did an amazing job with cleaning, sealing my floor/shower tiles and in some instances repairing grout in my kitchen, master as well as hallway bath.

Ed was the primary technician, assisted by Romeo- both were friendly and knowledgeable and strove to make sure all the work was done to my satisfaction. Ed, in particular, assured me that he would be thorough and not rush, taking care as if it were his own home.

He even made a good suggestion about some follow-up grouting that needs to be done to preserve the integrity of one of the floors. Would definitely recommend this team for any grout needs.

Sir Grout is Sir Amazing from start to finish! General Manager Mike assessed our bathroom tile needs, which had some moderate (possibly extensive) chemical damage to floor tiles, water stains, and mold, so he recommended a plan for deep cleaning and resurfacing.

Today, the technician, Ed, came out and did an absolutely amazing job. Our bathroom truly looks like new – and in some spots, better than new – especially with the replacement of silicone for epoxy in the joints between walls and bathroom appliances (which were missing in some places), the gorgeous cleaning, resurfacing, and sealing.

We couldn't hope for a better result. Ed was also courteous, professional, cared for our home as he worked, and explained everything as he worked and answered all of our questions.

We are grateful to Ed, Mike, and Sir Grout. Your expertise, skill, genuineness, and dedication to what you do impressed us greatly. 100% recommend to anyone looking for top-quality services!

Excellent service by Sir Grout and Romeo. We had not realized we needed to seal our granite counter.

Four years of use, and stains were removed by Romeo! The sealed granite looks brand new. Romeo also cleaned our sink and touched up counter top- wall grout.

Ed, the technician, is amazing at getting everything looking perfect, and Mike, the person who decides what your tile needs to get it back to looking its best, knows what he is doing. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I honestly cannot recommend Sir Grout more. We contacted them without much hope that they (or anyone) could help our desire to rejuvenate our breakfast room's stone floor. It originally was a patio floor and lived its first life outside in the elements, then when prior homeowners turned the patio into a sunroom and eventually an addition to the home, the original, unsealed, outdoor patio floor became our interior flooring. The stone and grout were a muddled gray with subtle variation.

Manager, Mike, visited our home and was quite optimistic about what their team could do, specifically with their process and products, and was able to offer a quote and schedule quickly. I assume all their techs are great, but we seriously lucked out with Romeo - he is such a kind professional (truly pleasant to have in your home), but he was also immediately very focused on ensuring we got exactly the look we wanted.

We did their deep clean process as well as color seal, which colors the grout uniformly to the exact shade of your choosing. Again, Romeo was fantastic - applying sample swatches on different parts of the floor so we could make the decision based on exactly what it would look like.

We wanted grout that was subtle and natural. Pictures speak for themselves - Romeo brought all the stones' natural color variation and beauty back from what I believe to be decades of wear and exterior exposure. Give these guys a call for any tile/flooring job you're questioning.
