If you are considering having your grout cleaned, look no further. I had several companies provide estimates based on phone calls and emails with pictures and my own rough estimates on floor dimensions. With Sir Grout, Mike came out to the house and spent a good amount of time explaining their cleaning process and how their grout and sealing work too. The personal touch and quality of the work promised convinced me to go with Sir Grout.

The crew, Ed and Romeo, showed up on time. They explained the process to me, then took the time to have me review the work done when they were done, explaining the importance of using the right cleaner for my floors. Take a look at the before and after photos. These guys did an amazing job! I'm so very happy with their work. I strongly recommend Sir Grout to anyone looking to have their grout professionally cleaned.

Our shower was causing a leak into the ceiling below, so we called Sir Grout. The manager himself came to do an inspection and initial quote. He was very kind and explained everything to me. Romeo then came out the following week to re-grout and caulk our entire shower. He was very prompt, communicative, and very professional. He went over everything he was going to do and told me how long it would take him. He got straight to work and finished quicker than I had expected, especially considering how immaculate it looked. I was in shock at how amazing my shower looks again! It feels like a brand-new shower and looks like one too. I highly recommend Sir Grout and ask for Romeo! Thanks again!

After reading positive reviews, I chose sir Grout for the work we wanted done. We needed grout repair around an old bathtub and grout plus color sealing on a kitchen backsplash. We had an easy and efficient video process with Patrick.

Patrick made helpful recommendations and provided a thorough written estimate within the same day. Ed, our service technician, arrived promptly as scheduled. After doing the onsite assessment, Ed explained exactly what was needed for these two jobs. We appreciated Ed's expertise.

He worked carefully and efficiently, consulting with me as needed a few times. We are thrilled with how everything now looks. Ed provided clear instructions for maintaining the tile work along with a spray product for cleaning. I highly recommend Sir Grout for their excellent 5 Star service.

Our marble shower was in need of deep cleaning, mold removal, and some grout repair. I contacted several tile and grout cleaning companies in the northern Virginia area but was told they did not service our location. One suggested I try Sir Grout of Washington DC. What a pleasant and professional experience this has been. Remotely, Patrick provided a video estimate which, surprisingly was very easy. Ed, our service technician, arrived at the scheduled time, explained precisely the work he was going to do, and consulted with me a couple of times as he progressed through the tasks. He finished the job in less time than I had anticipated. He then answered my questions as to the best ways to clean and maintain the shower and suggested readily available products to use.
