From our first inquiry to the completion of our project, Sir Grout was responsive, transparent, and professional. We loved the live video estimate, it saved everyone time. We have travertine tile in our master bathroom. Someone spilled a chemical on it and the stain was very visible. Patrick from Sir Grout came out and did a wonderful job. He buffed the tile, cleaned it, and polished it. The floor looks great!
