We used Sir Grout, Washington DC metro, to clean and seal the tile/grout and recaulk two bathrooms. It was an efficient and professional operation from start to finish. We conducted the estimate with Patrick via Facetime. He made it very easy to do. The job was completed by Ed. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and did fantastic work. We were most happy with the completed work and highly recommend Sir Grout.

Patrick was our initial contact and based on discussing our project with him, Patrick was able to quickly put together a very reasonable estimate for the work that covered all of our needs. During our conversation with Patrick, he was very friendly and it was clear that he has an excellent understanding of the services offered by Sir Grout and how they would meet our needs. Patrick also did an excellent job of scheduling our project within a few days from our initial call as he knew timing was important to us.

The technician that performed the work was Ed. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, and detail-oriented. Ed worked efficiently and completed the project in less time than we thought it would take and we could not be more pleased with the results of his work. The project consisted of cleaning our shower, sealing the tile and the grout, removing all existing caulk both inside and outside of the shower and replacing it with new caulk. After Ed was done the shower (18 years old) looked better than new.

I would recommend Patrick, Ed and Sir Grout to anyone who wants to have their shower professionally cleaned, sealed and caulked.

Romeo worked on our bathrooms and the kitchen floor. The grout had gotten really dirty and it is now back to the pale grey. We had the surfaces sealed and we couldn't be happier! Romeo was just great!

Sir Grout's process and Ed's expert skill were able to make my late 80's tile look clean and modern. I liked the tile style but it was dingy, discolored and moldy. A complete transformation with color seal. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Sir Grout (and Ed) for that new tile look without the cost of tile replacement!
