I did not love the people booking the virtual visit for the estimate of my master bath recaulk. I did not find them very friendly or helpful, but I gave 5-stars because Ed and Romeo were AMAZING, polite, professional and helpful. I was very pleased with working with both Ed and Romeo who made what could have been a stressful experience very easy and pleasant.

Ed did a wonderful job honing our marble counter top and resealing it. He arrived on time, communicated his plan, and carefully completed the work quicker than expected. He also cleaned up the surrounding kitchen area to make sure everything was free of debris. Ed also walked me through how to clean and care for the areas long term which was extremely helpful. This was a smaller job and I had trouble finding a company to complete the work. Sir Grout was a great experience and treated my project with respect, despite not being a significant undertaking. I would definitely use them again in the future!

We used Sir Grout to clean and seal the grout in our shower stall (that has Carrara marble tiles). The grout, after nearly 15 years of gentle cleaning (due to the marble tile) was yellow and even black at parts. Ed from Sir Grout came exactly on time, explained very clearly what he would do to clean and then seal the tile and grout, and accurately estimated how much time the job would take. After four hours, our shower stall looked fabulous. The grout is sparkling white. Before leaving, Ed explained what we would need to do from now on to keep the tile and grout well sealed and clean. Ed was also very personable and pleasant to talk with. I highly recommend this service!

After a scheduling mix up which was rectified immediately, Ed arrived and did an excellent job re-grouting around my tub and cleaning my bathroom floor. He provided information on how to care for everything. He also cleaned up and left the job site very neat. I would definitely use Sir Grout again.

We are pleased with the work performed by Sir Grout in our condo. It's a delight to have our hall bathroom tile (20+ years old) looking like new again. In the kitchen, the repair to the grout along the seam between the bottom edge of wall tile and counter top is perfect. The technician applied epoxy grout along both counters in the kitchen and they look so much better. The work in our master bathroom shower included covering seams on a shower bench and removing and replacing the caulking along the floor edge of the shower. All work was well done. The technician suggested that when it's necessary to replace the floor edge caulking next time, that we use the epoxy grout in this area.
