Ed was a super experienced, professional, and courteous technician. When I thought about trying to complete the grouting/caulking job myself it seemed overwhelming. Ed completed two bathrooms and part of my kitchen in half a day. He was so great at explaining the process. Patrick who did the virtual estimate was also professional and pleasant and quickly responded to my "night before" rethink of part of the job. He and Ed were able to make the change in service work without a fuss. I will have Sir Grout come out to seal my brand new bathroom to keep the tile clean and sealed.

Patrick was super helpful and professional during the virtual estimate process and when I emailed him the night before the appointment to request a change in the contracted service he responded immediately. Ed arrived exactly on time to start the work, explained several things to me several times until I understood the difference between grout and caulk and silicon, etc. He worked efficiently, let me pick colors to match both bathrooms and the kitchen, and explained how to clean everything to maintain the beautiful quality. I just had a third bathroom completely gutted and remodeled and I will have Sir Grout come back and seal that bathroom's tile to keep it looking like new. I also thought the price was reasonable given it took half a day to complete three areas. And Ed wore his mask while working which is also important to me and he folded himself up into a tiny space to complete the small powder room without complaint.

Ed and Romeo did great work at my house. They diligently restored shower walls and floors, a tiled bathroom floor, and caulked backsplashes around bathroom vanities. They arrived promptly and were finished when they said they would be. They left the work area clean and tidy. I would highly recommend their services.

We had a virtual introductory appointment with Patrick. He patiently took the time to understand our concerns with our shower grout without trying to sell us on services. Patrick carefully inspected our grout work, the shower drain and pipe, and the silicone seals around our shower. He helped us come up with the next steps, which involve investigating a potential water leak before doing work on the grout. We were very happy with how the appointment went and would be glad to work with Sir Grout in the future to have our stone shower floor sealed.
