The facetime meeting with Patrick for an estimate and scheduling was awesome, can't thank our technician Ed who came and color sealed grout on our bathroom floor and re-caulked our shower enough! Making the contract was very easy with follow-up calls, a virtual visit and a work to be done estimate. The work was performed professionally, on time and the result is visually very pleasing. It involved grout cleaning followed by Litokol Epoxy grout restoration in the bathrooms and the tile floor machine cleaning followed by SilTanium sealant application in the kitchen and the foyer. We shall watch long-term durability.
