Our experience was great from start to finish. Our estimate appointment was switched to virtual because our original person was unexpectedly unavailable but that didn't matter at all because we had Patrick do our consult and he was incredibly thorough, personable, and helpful in explaining our options. On the day of our service, Romeo was excellent. He showed up early which I don't always find with contractors and started by reviewing exactly what was in his notes and confirming everything. He checked in a few times throughout regarding caulk and grout colors and explained why he thought it was better to switch up our plan just a bit for long-term upkeep. I appreciated that a lot. And the work turned out beautifully. We will definitely use them again for projects.
