I'm so happy with the results of my Sir Grout tile refresh! Romeo was my technician, and he was on time and friendly, worked fast, and did an amazing job! Instead of a full bathroom renovation, I decided to do a little refreshing instead. The tile work was already very well done, but it was in bad need of a cleaning and resealing. Romeo took great care when painting the grout lines and the result is beautiful tile that looks brand new! This facelift on the bathroom will last many years, and will give me time to save up for a big renovation in the future. Gary, the manager, did the initial visit and scheduling. The Sir Grout team did an excellent job refreshing the tile in my bathroom! Romeo was my technician, and he was punctual, professional, and friendly. He wore his mask, and observed all the recommended COVID prevention practices. He thoroughly cleaned the surround and floor, painted the grout lines on the surround, and sealed the surround and floor. The end result is tile that looks brand new! Instead of a full bathroom renovation, I'm working with what I have and giving the existing bathroom a refresh. The tile covers literally 50% of my bathroom, and now it looks amazing! Gary is the manager, and he was also very professional and friendly. He was able to get the tile job scheduled at just the right point in the entire project. I highly recommend Sir Grout!

I had 2 services performed by Sir Grout. The Shower Protection/Restoration Package and the Kitchen color seal grout package. My shower looks great and my kitchen floors look brand new as if I just had my tile laid with fresh grout. Romeo was my technician and his work was superior. He took his time and did a professional job! Be sure to use Sir Grout to restore your shower and clean and restore your floor tile!

Gary Schneider, the General Manager and Ed Cottrill, who did the work, were both very professional and provided excellent service. Gary did an excellent job when providing the estimate. The first thing he did was ask me was if I had looked at the Sir Grout website to review their services and guarantee. He was very professional, told me what my unsealed stone floor needed. He did not push me into using Sir Grout. Before he left, he gave me the estimate verbally and scheduled an appointment for the work. Ed did a terrific job of cleaning and sealing the floor. He was very careful of my home. He explained how to protect the floor for the rest of the day and what I needed to do to maintain my floor. They both encouraged me to contact them if I had any questions or problems. I absolutely recommend them.

Gary arrived on time to give an estimate and explained what needed to be done and was able to schedule me a few days later. Ed arrived on time and was very professional. He was very patient and helpful in selecting the right color for my grout. The work was put to test the very next day when red sauce was spilled on the tile. I was relieved that it came right up with a wet sponge. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend Sir Grout for your grout work.

Ed and Romeo were great and very professional. Had floors re-grouted and showers re-caulked. Great job overall, as I had originally considered replacing the tile, but so glad I went with Sir Grout instead. My bathroom floors/showers look brand new.

Huge shout out to Romeo who did an incredible job on my two bathrooms and I will probably call you guys again for the third! It's absolutely amazing how new they look. Romeo was also able to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom by putting new caulking around the whole thing. Will absolutely call Sir Grout again!
