Our experience with Sir Grout was excellent, everything from the estimate with Gary Schneider (who was super flexible, as we kept expanding the scope of the work) to the OUTSTANDING work by Ed Cottrill. Ed gets an A+ in our book! He is professional, a great listener, understands his product and how to use it, and worked with us until we got the exact grout color we wanted for our tiles. Ed worked at our home for three days, and of all the contractors we are working with now, Ed stands out among them. Ed and Romeo were absolutely wonderful! They arrived a few minutes before the appointed time. They helped us move some of our heavy furniture pieces (they did not have to!) and got right to work. They answered all of our questions, paid attention to detail, took all health safety precautions by wearing a mask and the finished product was beautiful. Our 30-year ceramic tile looks like new!
