I needed some work done on a master bath, as well as some re-caulking in other areas of the house. Gary, the owner, came out and went over all my issues and was confident he could resolve them and that I would be pleased with the end result. Ed and Romeo were my technicians and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. This was Romeo's first job, too. Ed is a perfectionist, which I appreciate. They wore masks and shoe coverings and explained the entire process before starting. They kept me informed every step of the way and asked for my approval of color choices for the caulk before applying. Fantastic company, which I would highly recommend!

A big "thank you" to Ed from Sir Grout! He replaced the caulking in both of my bathrooms, to include the toilets as well and did a great job, plus he arrived early - which is almost unheard of nowadays. Definitely looking forward to working with Sir Grout again when the need arises, and would highly recommend!

20 year old Jerusalem Stone floor in master bathroom needed a good cleaning, as did the marble vanity counter. Quote received in a day, and scheduled quickly. Marlon was great. He arrived on time, reviewed process with me and got to work. He checked in with me through the progress. Everything looks brand new! Would recommend Marlon!!!

We saw some of the before and after pictures online and decided to give Sir Grout a try on our guest bathroom, which was in reasonably good shape but the floor and tub tile and grout looked worn and tired. Ed showed up on time, explained the process, and went right to work. Ed checked in a few hours later to let me know he was done. The bathroom looks amazing, better than it looked when we moved in. Would highly recommend Ed and Sir Grout, outstanding job!

Sir Grout and their technician Marlin did a fabulous job. When we purchased our house, the granite was in good shape but was beaten up in a few places by the previous owners. We are very pleased that the technician could minimize the damage and greatly improve the appearance of our kitchen. He also sealed it and did some grout repair. Highly recommend and very pleased. Shower stall had yucky mold and mildew and in spite of trying every product out there to clean it, nothing worked. So we called Sir Grout. Ed was on time, courteous, professional and had good manners! The shower looks brand new! I'm thrilled with their work and recommend them 100%!
