He was very patient and helpful in selecting the right color for my grout. The work was put to test the very next day when red sauce was spilled on the tile. Huge shout out to Romeo who did an incredible job on my two bathrooms and I will probably call you guys again for the third! It's absolutely amazing how new they look. Romeo was also able to fix a leak in my upstairs bathroom by putting new caulking around the whole thing. Will absolutely call Sir Grout again!

My technician, Romeo, was on time, in fact early, for our 8 am appointment to re-grout and re-caulk. He was very friendly and professional. Most importantly, he got right to work and worked without a break for over 6 hours. Romeo worked very hard to make my bathroom cleaner than it was when it was new. Seriously, the quality of his work product is beyond compare. Ask for Romeo. Super friendly, hard worker, and you will not be disappointed in the final product. Bathroom looks great.

We had moldy caulk in our shower removed and replaced with Litokol epoxy grout. We had grout in our stone-tiled sunroom cleaned and color sealed. The whole process, from estimate to completion, was very professional. Gary explained the process for both parts of the job, shower and sunroom, and we chose Sir Grout partly because of the competitive estimate and partly because we liked what we learned about epoxy grout as a substitute for caulk. Romeo showed up at 8am sharp and worked by himself all day. I was surprised he was able to get everything done in a day, but he was finished by 4pm and everything looked great.

Very professional operation with expertise restoring tile showers. Ed was diligent and thorough cleaning/replacing/restoring the grout, caulk, and silicone in our 10 yr old master tile shower - paying careful attention to matching color, and carefully and patiently prepping all surfaces that required new grout.
