Sir Grout did fantastic work regrouting and sealing our master bathroom shower. Ed was friendly, timely, and professional. He also took the necessary precautions given that he did the work during the COVID pandemic. I recommend Sir Grout and Ed in particular.
Ed and Romeo arrived on time, and tackled my slate shower with gusto. The original owner did not seal the shower (please seal your showers), and this crew tackled the hard water stains and grim with good grace and professionalism. They went above and beyond the call of duty, steaming and scrubbing for hours to try to get my shower to a prime condition before sealing it. Ed was honest, open, and very communicative about what he was doing. This included not just the work on the shower but safety protocols, and he and Romeo were incredibly fast. When they left, they insisted that if I had any questions to not hesitate to contact them - my general sense is a pride in work that stems from the top of the company. Gary, the manager, did the assessment himself (pre-COVID; I believe they do virtual estimates now) and provided helpful tips (even if I didn't go with his company) on how to mitigate the damage. I really appreciated these insights and it was a contributing factor into going with this company.

I needed some work done on a master bath, as well as some re-caulking in other areas of the house. Gary, the owner, came out and went over all my issues and was confident he could resolve them and that I would be pleased with the end result. Ed and Romeo were my technicians and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. They were professional, knowledgeable, kind and courteous. This was Romeo's first job, too. Ed is a perfectionist, which I appreciate. They wore masks and shoe coverings and explained the entire process before starting. They kept me informed every step of the way and asked for my approval of color choices for the caulk before applying. Fantastic company, which I would highly recommend!
A big "thank you" to Ed from Sir Grout! He replaced the caulking in both of my bathrooms, to include the toilets as well and did a great job, plus he arrived early - which is almost unheard of nowadays. Definitely looking forward to working with Sir Grout again when the need arises, and would highly recommend!
20 year old Jerusalem Stone floor in master bathroom needed a good cleaning, as did the marble vanity counter. Quote received in a day, and scheduled quickly. Marlon was great. He arrived on time, reviewed process with me and got to work. He checked in with me through the progress. Everything looks brand new! Would recommend Marlon!!!
