As always, the Sir Grout technicians do a wonderful job. This was the second time I have used the company and recommend them to anyone needing caulk redone or tiles/grout cleaned and sealed. Today's technician, Marlon Pinto, was efficient, pleasant to have in the house, worked quickly, and did an outstanding job. I am thrilled with the results.
One room looks spectacular and the shower and bath do as well. The large kitchen turned out very well due to the perseverance of Marlon. When Gary did the estimate, he hadn't realized that the some of the grout was dirty because of oil which is very difficult to remove. More time to work on this space would have been helpful but Sir Grout had a lot of clients lined up. Marlon was able to clean that grout very well, though not totally which we really understood. But they ended up sealing it differently - which we okayed - and it looks very good but if more time was allotted to allow for problems, Marlon and Ed might have been able to complete it as we had contracted. Would hire them again!
Gary came out on Monday and gave us an estimate for sealing our new marble floors. Ed came on Friday and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Thank you.
We had marble restoration work done and it was a really great experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule for the estimate within a few days of calling and then schedule on the day of my choice. Marlon was the tech who did our work and he was punctual, which I always appreciate. But more importantly, his work was fantastic. The final product was much better than I had anticipated, the marble looked gorgeous. I would definitely use them again. Price was also right in line with other estimates. A+ experience.
Very (very!) pleased with the work and the whole process was seamless. I spoke to four companies before picking this one and I am so pleased that I choose Sir Grout. I was able to schedule the visit for the estimate within a week and then schedule the work within a week, and on the day of my choice. The technician was prompt, professional, polite and really thorough. I was stunned at how beautiful the marble looked after he was done. Pricing was also good, right in the mix of the range of quotes I received, and I'm certain after seeing the work that I got a deal as the work is so pristine. Highly recommend!
Gary was very responsive in scheduling the work and answering all of our questions. He thoroughly explained the work that would be done before we got started. The team did a great job restoring the grout and caulking in our kitchen and bathroom. Looks like new again!

Highly recommend Sir Grout in DC area! We got a great price and Gary was able to schedule our work 2 days later! Our technician, Ed, was very professional, efficient and friendly! He showed up on time, worked quickly and did an excellent job cleaning and sealing our multiple bathrooms and kitchen. I especially appreciated that he gave me a bit of extra sealant so we could do our linen closet on our own. When the time comes to seal our remaining bathrooms, we will absolutely use Sir Grout again!
