Needed caulk in shower stall and seal around the shower stall frame replaced. Sir Grout responded quickly after me contacting them and was able to make an appointment with me in quick fashion. Ed performed the work in just over an hour, and everything looks like I had hoped. He matched the color of the existing caulk and seals. Would recommend, and will likely call them again for future work.

Two crews arrived on time, as scheduled. Started working immediately on my travertine floor tile. Helped me move some furniture around from breakfast area and sun room. Spent over 5 hours working hard to make this 4 year old tile floor shiny and like new again. Then, they showed me how to clean and take care of my tile floor in the future. Very happy about the job. Will use this company every other year from now on, to keep the floor in new condition. I will recommend this company to all my friends and customers (I am a real estate broker). Good job!

Just a quick note of feedback on the crew (one was named Romeo, can't recall other man's name) that did a basement slate floor cleaning job yesterday. WOW they were great - personable, efficient, effective communicators, and tireless workers. They were also very good natured about the LOW ceiling height. And wow, they did a great job. We don't believe the previous owners ever cleaned or sealed the floor, and boy was it filthy. This crew cleaned it three times, and it's a different floor. It looks great, feels great, and the basement's musty smell is gone. If we need floor cleaning again we'll be sure to request them.

Had a great experience with Sir Grout today. Ed and Romeo were very polite, right on time, professional and friendly! They did an excellent job cleaning and sealing 3 separate areas in my new home where I have tile. They explained the process thoroughly and showed me how to clean it going forward. Got some great work done by the team of Ed and Romeo, on my master bath. These 2 guys showed up on time, took the time to point out all the details of their work and went the extra mile in making my 2 showers looking like new! Loved their work ethic!
