After 23 years, the tile and grout in our kitchen and two bathrooms were in need of refreshing. Gary came out and gave us an estimate. We were able to schedule it almost immediately due to a cancellation, so Charles and Marlin arrived a few days later and spent much of the day at work. The results are great. I'm writing this 9 months after I had my kitchen floor grout refurbished by Sir Grout. I waited because I wanted to see if it was really legit. Well, I'm happy to say the floor is looking good and holding up quite nicely. There were a few touch ups that needed to be done. Gary was great about facilitating this and Charles came promptly and as promised and did a professional job. I am very happy with my decision to go the route of Sir Grout as opposed to getting a whole new kitchen floor! Thank you Gary and Charles!

Pleased with the final product. Our best efforts to keep the shower bright and new were to no avail. After 15 years the shower looked awful. The grout where the floor met the walls was particularly bad. It now looks new. Our tile work was done by a pleasant professional! Kudos to the company.

Great! They do everything from cleaning the grout to cleaning the shower door and walls to grout replacement. They made everything look like brand new! Excellent job. On time. A little pricey but once we saw the end product, worth every penny.

I had my master bath and powder room done. They turned out so well that I have them coming back to do my guest bathroom. Gary was very helpful with setting up quotes and schedules and answering all my questions. He always called or e-mailed in a very timely manner. The day the work was scheduled Charles showed up at the exact time promised. The whole process throughout the day he filled me in on how things were going and the finished work is outstanding. Beautiful! I have new bathrooms!
