Sir Grout did a great job on resealing the granite countertop and island in the kitchen. The countertop/island had not been resealed for some time (probably 20 years), and the grout between the granite slabs needed to be replaced. Ed, a technician from Sir Grout, came to the house on time and completed the service within two hours. The resealing service made the countertop/island much better looking. I can also see that the surface repels water now (water drops stay as beads). I would hire Sir Grout for my next project again.

I had been having issues with the grout around my tub and on my tiled shower walls for a while. I considered a DIY, but ultimately didn't have time (or the handyman skills, to be honest). I found Sir Grout through a Google search and was impressed with the reviews, so I submitted an inquiry online. Someone from Sir Grout called me an hour later and I was able to send pictures of my bathroom to Gary and he provided me with a quote within a day. Ed, the technician, came to my house the following week, arrived on time, worked quickly (completing the project in just over three hours), cleaned up after himself, walked me through how to take care of everything, and was unfailingly polite. Overall, I had a simply wonderful experience and I would highly recommend Sir Grout to anyone who needs to have grout/sealant work done in their home!

Ed did a fantastic job with our master shower. We were having extreme moisture issues and needed the strongest product possible to seal in the moisture and stop any peeling. Gary was so helpful with our situation. His customer service is superb. Ed came out and fixed the situation in a timely manner. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. My shower looks like new!

Charles did a fabulous job cleaning and color sealing my kitchen floor as well as my master bathroom. The shower needed lots of extra attention. My floors and bathroom look like they are brand new! I can't believe that after 11 years of wear and tear they could look so good. I was very impressed with Charles! He was extremely polite and professional. His diligent work ethic and his attention to detail was exquisite. He was so easy to work with and so helpful especially when it came to choosing colors. Gary was also so nice to work with and very helpful when it came to educating me on the process of what needed to be done to complete the project. Sir Grout was a pleasure to work with. As always, the Sir Grout technicians do a wonderful job. This was the second time I have used the company and recommend them to anyone needing caulk redone or tiles/grout cleaned and sealed. Today's technician, Marlon Pinto, was efficient, pleasant to have in the house, worked quickly, and did an outstanding job. I am thrilled with the results.

One room looks spectacular and the shower and bath do as well. The large kitchen turned out very well due to the perseverance of Marlon. When Gary did the estimate, he hadn't realized that the some of the grout was dirty because of oil which is very difficult to remove. More time to work on this space would have been helpful but Sir Grout had a lot of clients lined up. Marlon was able to clean that grout very well, though not totally which we really understood. But they ended up sealing it differently - which we okayed - and it looks very good but if more time was allotted to allow for problems, Marlon and Ed might have been able to complete it as we had contracted. Would hire them again!

We had marble restoration work done and it was a really great experience from start to finish. I was able to schedule for the estimate within a few days of calling and then schedule on the day of my choice. Marlon was the tech who did our work and he was punctual, which I always appreciate. But more importantly, his work was fantastic. The final product was much better than I had anticipated, the marble looked gorgeous. I would definitely use them again. Price was also right in line with other estimates. A+ experience.
