Charles did a fabulous job cleaning and color sealing my kitchen floor as well as my master bathroom. The shower needed lots of extra attention. My floors and bathroom look like they are brand new! I can't believe that after 11 years of wear and tear they could look so good. I was very impressed with Charles! He was extremely polite and professional. His diligent work ethic and his attention to detail was exquisite. He was so easy to work with and so helpful especially when it came to choosing colors. Gary was also so nice to work with and very helpful when it came to educating me on the process of what needed to be done to complete the project. Sir Grout was a pleasure to work with. The crew from Sir Grout went above and beyond for me! They worked hard to remove spots from a ceramic tile floor that had become imbedded in a built-up film left behind by a floor cleaner I had been using. They had to remove the film completely before applying sealer. They did a good job and I am grateful to them. They were also courteous and helpful with suggestions. My floor will need to cleaned and resealed periodically and I will be calling them to do the job.
