This included ensuring the holes in the grout were filled so that damage to the underlying bathroom walls was prevented, the grout color was uniform, the bathroom walls were properly caulked and the granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchens were sealed. Mauricio Marmol was fabulous-far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what needed to be done to about the discolored grout around the 15 year old tiles over the tub in my master bath. Mauricio came out to take a look. Loved that he put protective booties over his work shoes. He told me all I really needed was to have him replace some of the grout and would do it right then and there to have me avoid paying a minimal work fee if they had to dispatch a technician on another call. Gave me advice on refinishing needed for the actual tub and what to look for when doing an internet search.

Provider was on time, very thorough, explained what he was doing in detail. Helped us identify what material had been causing some abrasion on the granite in 1-2 spots (turned out to be lemon juice!), and helped make those spots smoother. Very detail oriented about going over each part of the granite - very impressed.

The people on the phone for booking the appointment, they are very accommodating. The fellow that showed up and I think his name is Marco, he put the booties on in his feet so you know that he didn't get any dirt on the floors. He did a great job and explained everything to me. He did the kitchen and the bathroom for one price. He did everything he was supposed to.
