I was very skeptical this could be done! I hated the white grout we used on our bathroom and kitchen flooring because it was impossible to clean. It always looked dirty. I had wanted to change the grout color for years but was worried the process would cause more issues to the areas. Sir grout color sealed both spaces with the perfect grey color to compliment the tiles and it looks great! Our tech Malon went above and beyond to make sure it looked good. He was wonderful to work with as was our sales rep Gary.

Sir Grout cleaned, restained, and sealed the grout on my kitchen floors. They also sealed the porcelain tile on the floors and granite counter tops, back splash and caulked the grout on the counter. It went very well, they were very responsive, did the work on time and as promised and did a few extras.

Two young men arrived on time and where friendly and professional. They each worked on a bathroom, and at times assisted one another. Both worked neatly and efficiently and the bathrooms were completed in about 5-6 hours. I was absolutely wowed by how amazing the bathrooms looked after they finished. The sheen on the marble made the bathrooms look brand new! I would highly recommend having Sir Grout work their magic on your bathrooms, especially if you're preparing your home for sale. My husband and I definitely did not want to invest some $20-30K each on bathroom remodeling, but wanted our bathrooms to look clean and sparkling to make a good impression on potential buyers. Sir Grout's work was top-notch and our bathrooms look great!

Everyone at Sir Grout was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. After my shower was looked at by Gary, I received a quote right there and was able to schedule the work to be done the very next week. My shower looks awesome and I couldn't be happier! Everything was great. We were able to schedule a quote online--super easy and they were very reliable and came on time. Jeff, the GM, came and gave us a quote. He was very very knowledgable and gave us general tips on our hardwood floors and also cleaning tile, proper products to use, and also some general shower glass information. We were very impressed! He was able to work with our schedule and get us an appointment as early as possible--we needed to have everything done because we were getting ready to list our property for sale and needed it to be spotless. He scheduled us with his top guy, Mauricio. Mauricio came and one other guy joined him later. They were very professional, went above and beyond. The bathrooms looks brand-new! It was well worth the money! We couldn't have been happier and I have recommended them to several people already--as well as to my realtor who was looking for referrals for her clients.

Gary was very professional in helping us determine the scope and applicable price for our work. The two man crew worked wonders on our ceramic tile foyer, powder room and sun porch. We had not devoted significant resources to our tile grout in the 25+ years we have lived in our residence. All areas look better now then we built the home in late 1980s.
