I cannot praise this company enough for the wonderful work. The quality of their work was outstanding and the outcome far exceeded our expectations. Over the years our grout had turned almost black with ground in dirt. It has now been restored to its original color! I waited this long to write this review to make sure this was not a temporary fix. Happily it was not. The technicians were responsive and friendly and it was obvious from the start that satisfying their customers was of utmost importance to them. Great experience. My only regret is that we did not do this sooner.

Sir Grout (Mauricio) did an excellent job on all tasks. There were several, hard-to-see areas of the bathroom which needed polish and re-grout and Mauricio was quick to respond and come back to our house to complete the work. The team worked efficiently and was willing to go beyond the extent of the written contract in order to make the bathroom and kitchen look new. I was very happy with the responsiveness and quality of work performed.

Erik and Matthew were the technicians on the job and they were prompt, professional, and did an excellent job. This was essentially a 3 day job and they worked diligently the whole time. I would highly recommend using Sir Grout and requesting Erik and Matthew.

The Service Manager - Mauricio Marmol had confirmed the appointment, followed up before the date, and handled everything in a highly professional manner from doing the estimate to having the work completed. He made sure we went over all the work details before it was started, completed the work in the estimated time, cleaned up and removed all his tools and materials, and was extremely flexible with another work crew that was also completing their jobs at the same time. Overall he was a thorough professional, providing an exceptional product, and completing the work in a excellent manner. He has a positive and engaging personality as well as exceptionally skilled workmanship, and showed a clear attention to the details to get excellent results.
