This was a tough job. Sir Grout came out the first time and stripped as much acrylic and built up wax as possible but the chemical they used was not strong enough, so the ordered a stronger solution and came back a month later to finish the job.

The sealer is a perfect match to the bathroom floor that it connects to. (Four years earlier my husband had stripped and resealed it but ran out of steam to finish the hall and foyers)

I had tried over the years to find someone who could do this and finally Sir Grout delivered!

Excellent service provider! We did a mini face lift to our master bathroom. Job number 2 using Sir Grout. Instead of a complete remodel, we decided to strip the room of everything but the tile, shower, and tub. Our goal was to make our once white tile white again. Sir Grout did it! Our master bathroom is white and looks so clean. We are impressed with the outcome and saved a ton of $$$ over a complete remodel. Service was performed by Mauricio who is very detailed and professional. Job number 1 was grout filling and sealing of a shower floor. Sir Grout did such a great job, we hired them for the master bath. Highly recommend. Prices are very fair.

Sir Grout called the day prior to confirm the schedule. They arrived promptly on the scheduled date. They performed a walk through to explain what was to occur, cost, and the estimated duration of the work. They placed their equipment on their tarp to protect our Hardwood Floors and placed masking tape on the walls to prevent their cleaning solvent from damaging the wood or paint. They performed a machine scrub and steam cleaned the grout and tiles; removed the dirt and grime from the floor; and color sealed the grout with the color of our choice. They performed a final buff and applied clear sealant to the tiles and grout.

They managed to remove the 14 years of Dirt/Grime Buildup on the Kitchen/Bathroom Tiles and Grout. We tried steamers, cleansers, and other products which were ineffective. Sir Grout brought the original colors of the tiles to the surface!

We scheduled another service with Sir Grout for the other 2 bathrooms for the same treatment on our Tiles/Grout!
