We had mildew buildup in our main shower and a lot of grout that was receding in the shower as well as in another bathroom. They steam cleaned and cleaned out by hand the dirt and mildew in the shower and then calked the entire shower and the few areas as needed in the other bathroom. They also cleaned and resealed our granite countertops and calked one seam.

Trey Brocke and Scott Mullnix were the gentlemen who performed the work. They were very professional, courteous and diligent workers. I would highly recommend them.

It went very well. The master bathtub was cleaned as much as possible given its heavy use and 28 year age. We had a nice selection of grout colors. Mauricio Marmol is a perfectionist and that showed in the quality of his work.

Jeff worked with me to set up a quote: quick response to my email inquiry, great availability to come for the quote, and the quote experience was great- informative and fun! When I decided to do the work, there were some issues in reaching Jeff that required me to follow up more than I felt I should, but in the end it all got worked out and the job was scheduled.

On the day of the job, Mauricio showed up on time and was incredibly friendly and awesome. Later, two other team members also showed up, and were just as great. They were all respectful of my home, wore booties, cleaned up after themselves, etc. Mauricio even took before and after pictures and sent them to me. The job was completed in about 4 hours.

The results were better than I'd expected. I had done a full remodel on our master bathroom, and knew I couldn't afford the same for this bathroom. At 23 years old, the original grout and tile looked pretty haggard. Now, it looks brand new- seriously. I also purchased their tile and

I just recently hired Sir Grout of Washington DC to replace broken tiles and re-grout a walk-in shower, shower basin, and floor tiles. Before hiring Sir Grout I spoke to several firms and found the company and staff to be price competitive, very knowledgeable and responsive. The job the technician did was fantastic, he cleaned up after each phase of the effort, asked for my opinion regarding the specific shade of the grout preferred, and left the place in immaculate condition. He worked without stopping for lunch and was very competent and polite. Highly recommend the firm and the technician. Wonderful job.

Excellent service provider! We did a mini face lift to our master bathroom. Job number 2 using Sir Grout. Instead of a complete remodel, we decided to strip the room of everything but the tile, shower, and tub. Our goal was to make our once white tile white again. Sir Grout did it! Our master bathroom is white and looks so clean. We are impressed with the outcome and saved a ton of $$$ over a complete remodel. Service was performed by Mauricio who is very detailed and professional. Job number 1 was grout filling and sealing of a shower floor. Sir Grout did such a great job, we hired them for the master bath. Highly recommend. Prices are very fair.
