I had a shower and a bathtub that needed caulking. One shower was a big problem because the caulking just would not stick longer than 6 months and mold began to build up. I contacted Sir Grout and the general manager, Mauricio, arrived on time and reviewed the project. He suggest an epoxy caulking for the shower and silicone for the other tub. I also asked to have the tub tile cleaned. He suggested color sealant also.

The worker arrived and he was pleasant and got to work right away. He completed the job and I was satisfied with the work. A few weeks later I noticed a few of the tiles did not have color sealant. (poor lighting in bathroom) I contacted Mauricio and he responded and completed the work within 10 minutes.

I would recommend their services. Customer service is important to me and Sir Grout fulfilled this exceptionally well.

Sir Grout arrived on time, wore shoe protective covers and worked to accomplish exactly the statement of work. Sir Grout worked the entire day, kept the area clean and made sure that the job was accomplished to my complete satisfaction. They were diligent, highly professional, and apprised me of the status. Upon completion of the job, Sir Grout provided me with instructions on how to maintain the shower.

There is no doubt that Sir Grout saved my shower and prevented me from a costly shower replacement in the future.

Sir Grout went the "extra mile" to ensure that all of the work done in my new townhome was done well. This included ensuring the holes in the grout were filled so that damage to the underlying bathroom walls was prevented, the grout color was uniform, the bathroom walls were properly caulked and the granite countertops in the bathrooms and kitchens were sealed. The work was done in a timely manner and coordinated to facilitate tight deadlines. I highly recommend using Sir Grout for any tile or granite work.

Mauricio Marmol was fabulous-far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what needed to be done to about the discolored grout around the 15 year old tiles over the tub in my master bath. Mauricio came out to take a look. Loved that he put protective booties over his work shoes. He told me all I really needed was to have him replace some of the grout and would do it right then and there to have me avoid paying a minimal work fee if they had to dispatch a technician on another call. Gave me advice on refinishing needed for the actual tub and what to look for when doing an internet search.
