Mauricio came to our home and walked through the house to determine what work was required. He was prompt and reasonable with the estimate. He returned to clean, seal and caulk or very large marble shower. He also repaired all of the natural holes that existed in our travertine throughout the entire home.

Mauricio was punctual, pleasant and worked quietly and efficiently the entire day. Even though he worked throughout the entire home, he kept his work area extremely clean and organized. The surfaces look fantastic - almost better than when it was first installed.

I will start with Jeff who came to give me the free quote. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. You can definitely tell he has a lot of knowledge on all types of stones and many years of experience. He was able to answer all of my questions and even questions I have that did not concern any of the quotes he gave me. He was very nice to talk to and was able to give me a quote and schedule everything right away. He even gave me some tips on cleaning granite even though I decided not to seal the granite with them (but will probably have them do it in the future).

Mauricio was the actual representative that came to perform all of the work. He showed up on time and was very professional. He wanted to see each project that Jeff had quoted me. From start to finish, the Sir Grout representatives were very punctual, professional and thorough. We removed our existing shower enclosure and they came in and completely prepared all the surfaces for the new enclosure installation. They also steam-cleaned, re-grouted and re-caulked the remaining tile areas of our bathroom. This included sealing all the grout and applying a protective coating on all the tile surfaces. They were very considerate of our home to ensure they didn't leave a mess. They also fixed the surface of a portion of our granite kitchen counter top after another contractor failed numerous times. They also polished and sealed the entire counter top.

My travertine kitchen floor was installed unprofessionally with the contractor failing -- at minimum -- to seal its surface. After less than a year it looked faded and dirty whether it had been cleaned a week or an hour ago. Beyond everyday appearance issues, anything I set down on it for more than an hour or so, like a bucket of water or a damp towel, left what I'd loosely call a "stain" that may as well have been part of the swirl pattern of stone's surface -- because no amount of mopping, scrubbing, or even steaming could remove it. The grout was discolored and seemed to have "sunk" below the tile surface, allowing food and dust to settle between the tiles faster than I could vacuum and mop to remove them. As dissatisfied as I was, I had no experience with stone floors and did not understand the problem except that it seemed to need re-grouting at minimum. It went great. He was on time, put on something over his shoes to protect our rugs. He was very efficient and the service took way less time than I had anticipated.We also have a granite counter top on the wet bar in the family room which is attached to the kitchen. He even did that counter top at no charge which I was not expecting at all since it was additional work over and above my voucher. We chatted a bit while waiting for the first coat to sit for 10 minutes and a little bit during the whole process. - what a nice man - just a lovely person. The counter tops look great and this was overall an exceptionally great experience. I would highly recommend using this company. I will definitely use them again!!!

We were satisfied with Trey Brocke's work on the granite countertop cleaning and sealing in our kitchen. The work did not take that long. Trey was very cooperative. Mauricio Marmol came later for an estimate to clean, recolor, and seal the grout in our utility room and two bathrooms, caulk where needed, and to do the Wood Armor Sandless Wood Floor Renewal in our foyer and kitchen areas.

Trey did an excellent job on the master and middle baths and utility room. He worked hard and was helpful when we had questions. The shower floor grout didn't clean as we hoped, but Mauricio explained that the only way to get it to its original condition would be to remove the old grout and apply new grout. Mauricio is outstanding and really wants to please the customer. The cleaning phase of the wood floors could have been a little more thorough along the floor area next to our bar counter. The gentleman who came was on time, courteous, and professional. He explained the process of cleaning and sealing our kitchen countertops (an island and three additional long counters). The counters had not been professionally sealed since installation approximately twelve years ago. He told us our counters were in excellent condition and I watched him work. The work was neat, precise, and thorough. Our counters look brand new and we would use this company again for granite cleaning and sealing.

Bravo and a standing ovation to Mauricio and Sir Grout! All I can say is, wow, amazing, professional, perfection, courteous, honest and spectacular. Mauricio is every home owner's dream come true when looking for tile service work.

I didn't want the cost of new tile and just wanted to freshen the look of what I had. Sir Grout took my 21 year old tile and made it look new. I could not believe what I was seeing. On top of the amazing outcome of how my master bath looks, Mauricio, who is the GM and sales person with whom I met about the contract, stepped up to the plate when his serviceman became ill. He traded in his sales clothes and put on work clothes to complete the job on time so my shower door install didn't have to be rescheduled. I have never seen one person work so hard with that level of perfection. It was as if he was working on his own bathroom. Everyone who has looked at the tile can't believe it's not new.
