Mauricio Marmol was fabulous-far exceeded my expectations. I wasn't sure what needed to be done to about the discolored grout around the 15 year old tiles over the tub in my master bath. Mauricio came out to take a look. Loved that he put protective booties over his work shoes. He told me all I really needed was to have him replace some of the grout and would do it right then and there to have me avoid paying a minimal work fee if they had to dispatch a technician on another call. Gave me advice on refinishing needed for the actual tub and what to look for when doing an internet search.

Provider was on time, very thorough, explained what he was doing in detail. Helped us identify what material had been causing some abrasion on the granite in 1-2 spots (turned out to be lemon juice!), and helped make those spots smoother. Very detail oriented about going over each part of the granite - very impressed.

They are a great company. They did a great job. The customer service was wonderful. They did a great job and the customer service was wonderful. The people on the phone for booking the appointment, they are very accommodating. The fellow that showed up and I think his name is Marco, he put the booties on in his feet so you know that he didn't get any dirt on the floors. He did a great job and explained everything to me. He did the kitchen and the bathroom for one price. He did everything he was supposed to.

Mauricio came out to do the estimate last week and was very efficient, friendly and fair with the pricing. Trey came this morning and worked efficiently and quietly. Mauricio came this evening (Friday evening!) with the equipment required to do the marble buffet top and it all looks great. We're really happy with the service and would recommend them.

Trey Brocke & Scott Mullinix were the two technicians who came to my home to do the work. Due to a GPS glitch, they were running a little late, which they promptly called me about - to make sure I knew they'd not arrive exactly at the appointment time - almost unheard of quality in the service industry!

Both men were very pleasant & very professional, first walking me through the process they'd be using, then proceeding accordingly. Their work was excellent - very happy with the results! My bathroom floors look brand new again!
