I didn't want the cost of new tile and just wanted to freshen the look of what I had. Sir Grout took my 21 year old tile and made it look new. I could not believe what I was seeing. On top of the amazing outcome of how my master bath looks, Mauricio, who is the GM and sales person with whom I met about the contract, stepped up to the plate when his serviceman became ill. He traded in his sales clothes and put on work clothes to complete the job on time so my shower door install didn't have to be rescheduled. I have never seen one person work so hard with that level of perfection. It was as if he was working on his own bathroom. Everyone who has looked at the tile can't believe it's not new.

Sealing my granite countertops was something I've been meaning to do for years (yes I know they are supposed to be sealed every year), but I just never get to it on my to do list. Therefore, when I saw a Deal for having the Granite Countertops sealed, I jumped on it. There was a small snag with the scheduling on their side, but they were very friendly and apologetic about the mix up. Once the service was performed, I was very happy with the quality. I would use them again.

Sir Grout just left my hope and I am very well pleased! I spent more than $11,000.00 on the installation of a limestone foyer and powder room floor about 10 years ago. The grout had gotten stained and dirty and the large tiles of stone had lost their luster. Sir Grout came in and cleaned and polished the floor to a dazzling shine; installed a uniform grout stain/color; and sealed the floor. Now it looks brand spanking new! The representatives sent by Sir Grout were professional, courteous and got the job done in the allotted time! I would highly recommend them and intend to use them for other work in my home... why install a new floor when they have your old one looking good as new?!

This was a tough job. Sir Grout came out the first time and stripped as much acrylic and built up wax as possible but the chemical they used was not strong enough, so the ordered a stronger solution and came back a month later to finish the job.

The sealer is a perfect match to the bathroom floor that it connects to. (Four years earlier my husband had stripped and resealed it but ran out of steam to finish the hall and foyers)

I had tried over the years to find someone who could do this and finally Sir Grout delivered!

Would recommend them and there ability to stick with the project to completion and satisfaction.!

Mauricio arrived when promised and proceeded directly to perform all the work that had been arranged for. He was friendly, cheerful, and thoroughly professional.
