He steam cleaned, color sealed, epoxy grouted and recaulked my master bath for a reasonable price and in less time than originally quoted. Before he started, Leo walked me through the entire process, then he called me upstairs whenever he exited one phase to move on to the next. Mike, the General Manager, was also a pleasure to work with.

My technician Leo was amazing. He explained every step and was even willing to do sample spots to make sure I chose a color I would be happy with. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the finished product. It is so nice to have my marble tile and grout return to looking brand new. I will certainly be using Sir Grout again in a few years when it needs to be resealed, and I will be requesting Leo!
