We engaged Sir Grout to help us steam clean and seal 3 of our bathrooms that have marble tile flooring and showers. While the pricing was a bit higher than I was expecting, I felt comfortable proceeding with Sir Grout because of their extensive knowledge about stone care and maintenance.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Ed, who was the technician that came to our house. Ed was phenomenal and extremely knowledgeable about stone care and maintenance. He took his time walking us through his game plan to tackle our three bathrooms, and went above and beyond to make sure his work did not disrupt our day, as both my wife and I work from home. He is super personable, in addition to being extremely professional, and we enjoyed chatting with him throughout the day as he went about his work.

The marble shower in my bathroom was in serious need of deep cleaning and resurfacing to protect the tiles and grout and save me from endless scrubbing to try to stay ahead of mold and mildew. Sir Grout did a thorough in-person inspection and described in detail what the best course of action would be. Ed arrived this past Thursday and fully executed the plan of action. On time and very courteous, he explained at various points what he was doing, so that I understood the process, and he followed up at the end by reviewing all the steps that had been taken and explaining how I should care for the tile and grout going forward. Ed did a great job and we are extremely happy with the work completed. Ed arrived on time (not a common practice anymore), reviewed the work order with me, and answered all of my questions before he got to work.
