Michael, the General Manager, was very clear in explaining our tile and grout issues and how to correct them. Romeo performed the work.

Romeo was very professional and friendly. He showed us his progress every few hours. He explained what he was doing. He cleaned up the bathroom when he was finished. He told us how to maintain it and what products to use. Looks very nice.

I can't wait to use the shower in a few days and see how the shower floor and walls last over time.

We reached out to Sir Grout based on a recommendation from My Plumber. We needed the caulk and some grout removed/replaced in a walk-in shower and a bathtub. Sir Grout sent us Ed. Our shower looks better than ever (it was pretty bad), and the tub also looks great! We could NOT BE HAPPIER!
