I had a very easy experience with Sir Grout. They offered COVID-safe estimates by FaceTime, they scheduled things promptly and everyone I spoke with was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. Romeo was the technician who did our work, and he was on time, very professional, fast and very effective, plus he seems like a genuinely nice and pleasant person! He was also safety conscious and wore a mask the whole time he was here, which we greatly appreciated. He did a great job making our shower grout look fresh again and sealed everything so that it will be better protected in the future.

We had two bathrooms that had all the grout cracking and causing issues with leaking and mold. Ed and Romeo are very professional, and were on time, calm, and explained every process in detail. They gave us additional advice on how to maintain our bathrooms so that the service would last a lifetime. Due to water found in the grout, the job had to completed at a later time, of which Ed came on Saturday to finish the job and did so quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend their services to anyone I know.

We recently moved into a new house, and I had no idea if or when any of the various granite counters had been sealed. I have sealed tile as a DIY but it can be an all-day job and a lot of vapors. I was really happy with the quick professional job that Ed from Sir Grout did at our house. He arrived on time and accomplished in 4 hours what would have taken me 2 days. No smell too! I just want to give the highest possible recommendation to Ed and Sir Grout. I got several quotes for the job of recaulking, grout repair, and cleaning and sealing, and they offered the most comprehensive approach to the job at a price less than others were charging for doing far less. Ed arrived exactly on time on a snowy morning, and very carefully explained the job. He was super respectful, wearing a mask when he arrived and asking me if he could take it off when he was working alone in the bathroom with the doors closed (of course this was fine with me, but I appreciated him asking!) Ed also took time to explain maintenance and cleaning, which will be important going forward. From the start, Sir Grout had a positive attitude and gave me great confidence that they could renew the look of my shower and extend its life. And it is looking absolutely great!

Sir Grout did an amazing job and couldn't be more pleased. At first the price seemed a bit high but after taking a chance and seeing the work it was well worth it!! Tech was neat and professional and kept us informed all through the project. Allowed us to choose the best color match for the job and the epoxy grout in the 90-degree corners eliminated the need for caulk which always mildews and is impossible to keep clean. This is very easy to keep clean and looking new. Thanks Sir Grout!

We had work done in 3 of our bathrooms and the kitchen. Ed arrived right on time and finished within the estimated time provided (pretty impressive, really!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and did a great job! We would definitely use him again! Ed was a super experienced, professional, and courteous technician. When I thought about trying to complete the grouting/caulking job myself it seemed overwhelming. Ed completed two bathrooms and part of my kitchen in half a day. He was so great at explaining the process. Patrick who did the virtual estimate was also professional and pleasant and quickly responded to my "night before" rethink of part of the job. He and Ed were able to make the change in service work without a fuss. I will have Sir Grout come out to seal my brand new bathroom to keep the tile clean and sealed.
