I honestly cannot recommend Sir Grout more. We contacted them without much hope that they (or anyone) could help our desire to rejuvenate our breakfast room's stone floor. It originally was a patio floor and lived its first life outside in the elements, then when prior homeowners turned the patio into a sunroom and eventually an addition to the home, the original, unsealed, outdoor patio floor became our interior flooring. The stone and grout were a muddled gray with subtle variation.

Manager, Mike, visited our home and was quite optimistic about what their team could do, specifically with their process and products, and was able to offer a quote and schedule quickly. I assume all their techs are great, but we seriously lucked out with Romeo - he is such a kind professional (truly pleasant to have in your home), but he was also immediately very focused on ensuring we got exactly the look we wanted.

We did their deep clean process as well as color seal, which colors the grout uniformly to the exact shade of your choosing. Again, Romeo was fantastic - applying sample swatches on different parts of the floor so we could make the decision based on exactly what it would look like.

We wanted grout that was subtle and natural. Pictures speak for themselves - Romeo brought all the stones' natural color variation and beauty back from what I believe to be decades of wear and exterior exposure. Give these guys a call for any tile/flooring job you're questioning.
