We are pleased with the work performed by Sir Grout in our condo. It's a delight to have our hall bathroom tile (20+ years old) looking like new again. In the kitchen, the repair to the grout along the seam between the bottom edge of wall tile and counter top is perfect. The technician applied epoxy grout along both counters in the kitchen and they look so much better. The work in our master bathroom shower included covering seams on a shower bench and removing and replacing the caulking along the floor edge of the shower. All work was well done. The technician suggested that when it's necessary to replace the floor edge caulking next time, that we use the epoxy grout in this area.

Romeo was my technician. Quick, professional, friendly and the floors look great. The bathroom was especially tricky, since it has a smaller, older tile pattern. But it looks brand new. Very satisfied with the work and the professionalism.

We worked with Patrick at Sir Grout to do a virtual walk through and create a scope of work for our shower, and Ed, our technician, came out and completed the work for us. We have a pebble stone shower floor that was impossible to clean and had a lot of issues with dirt getting caught in the grout along the edges. Sir Grout took care of everything for us, they came in and steam cleaned the shower, replaced all the grout and caulking, and sealed the floor so it should be easier to clean in the future. They were a bit more expensive than some of the other vendors I reached out to, but they had better reviews and took the time to do an actual virtual walk through where other vendors didn't (so I felt like their quote was actually representative of what they would do, and I wouldn't have to negotiate with them when the technician actually came out, which I was worried about with other vendors). Ed made sure to walk us through what he was going to do and ask questions along the way when there were decisions that needed to be made (i.e. caulk color). Would use them again for sure!
