We had a virtual introductory appointment with Patrick. He patiently took the time to understand our concerns with our shower grout without trying to sell us on services. Patrick carefully inspected our grout work, the shower drain and pipe, and the silicone seals around our shower. He helped us come up with the next steps, which involve investigating a potential water leak before doing work on the grout. We were very happy with how the appointment went and would be glad to work with Sir Grout in the future to have our stone shower floor sealed.

Everyone is very friendly. Ed did the cleaning and we are so happy with the result. Everything is shiny and clean. Ed was right on time and finished earlier than the estimate which was very nice. I got my quote through FaceTime, was able to approve through email, so the only in-person interaction was the cleaning.

He took time to educate me through the process to remove the awful tile and grout stains. Romeo offered kindness and efficiency too (and was mindful of wearing a mask). Ed and Romeo did an excellent job rehabbing our bathroom. We have a combo of white tiles, white grout, and marble countertops that were showing their age. Everything looks brand new now. Service was quick, on time, and professional.
