Ed and Romeo came to my small DC apartment and did a GREAT job. I have a small kitchen and a small bathroom. They cleaned all surfaces in the kitchen and they shine and are protected. They also cleaned and sealed the bathroom floor (from the 1940s) and it looks like new. I am very happy and would highly recommend them.

To be perfectly honest I'm not sure how I stumbled upon Sir Grout. But I'm sure it was after tons of attempts with other companies to have my restaurant re-grouted with all answers being "I'm sorry we don't do commercials." Their loss I guess. But Patrick (I believe the director) and Ed and Romeo (Tech/specialists) were great. Patrick did a facetime to check out the work needed and set up a time for Ed and Romeo to come in, they were professional, efficient and honestly extremely courteous of the team working around them. I asked them to work on some of the parts of the kitchen and bar that were in desperate need of TLC, but I've just sent in a request to see if they are available to do the rest of the restaurant. You can't go wrong with these guys.

I cannot say enough positive things about Patrick, Ed, and Romeo. The estimating process with Patrick was quick and easy. Ed did a phenomenal job polishing and sealing our kitchen and bathroom floors. He was on time, professional, and just a great person. Romeo did an amazing job refinishing a marble floor.

This project included cleaning the grout and travertine shower walls and resealing everything. The technician was on time, very professional, and took his time doing his work. My only surprise was the amount of cleaning I had to do on the chrome and glass when he was done. I had assumed that those areas would be squeaky clean when the project was finished. Overall, an excellent experience, and the shower looks fabulous.

Ed arrived on time and spent most of the day working on our bathroom. It looks brand new now! The grout is clean and sealed. He explained how to take care of it in the future. All in all, it was a terrific and easy experience. I highly recommend Sir Grout of DC.

Ed from Sir Grout took a dull, scratched marble kitchen floor and brought it back to life. It now shines like it used to when it was first laid over 40 years ago. Sir Grout is coming back to do the same for the black marble in my foyer. Excellent job!

After my consultation with Patrick, we decided to use Sir Grout for replacing, cleaning and resealing our marble master shower. Patrick answered all of my questions before hand. They scheduled my appointment with Ed a few weeks later. Ed was extremely clean, thorough and I am incredibly satisfied with the end result. Ed also gave me some other cleaning advice while he was here. His job was very efficient and he left the space just as clean as when he arrived. I can't say enough good things about the Sir Grout team. I will be using them again when we need some of our other surfaces resealed! You won't be disappointed.
