Ed from Sir grout replaced the grout in two of my bathrooms, and entryway and resealed a shower door. Ed showed up right on time and took the time to walk me through what he was going to do and answer any of my questions. Their prices are extremely reasonable and the workmanship is excellent. My bathroom floors are 15 years old and look new again. I would highly recommend Sir Grout.

Like new! I updated the kid's bathroom and the floor looks like new. Ed was my technician, and he certainly knows what he is doing. "Ed" from Sir Grout just left and my bathrooms are looking fantastic. He was professional, worked efficiently, and explained everything with good communication and I'm very happy with the end result. My tub, shower, and floors look like new. Time and the previous owners of this house left them in a bad state but now they are clean and restored.

We had some pretty nice tiles in our foyer and kitchen, but the grout line was 1/4" wide and was a magnet for dirt. Instead of replacing the tile or the grout, we took a chance on having Sir Grout clean, recolor, and seal the grout. Romeo painted some samples that he thought would work on our grout and we made our choice. He cleaned the tile and grout very thoroughly. He tinted the old grout a light grey. We were as pleased as we could possibly be by the results. No hesitation in recommending Sir Grout.

I was having issues with a shower leaking, Ed showed up on time, did a great job, and left the bathroom cleaner than when he started. He even pointed out a potential issue with one of the fixtures that might be an issue in the future, going above and beyond. The shower looks great, would definitely use Sir Grout for any future work.

Ed at Sir Grout was amazing. He was polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He took off services that he thought were not necessary and pointed out where it would be worth it for me to make a bigger investment. He also pointed out problems with our tile bathroom floor that went beyond his grouting/caulking scope, and I was really grateful for the heads-up. He helped me understand how to care for my tile in the future, recommending a Ph balanced cleaner, instead of my "go-to bleach". His caulking work was just beautiful as well. Sir Grout and Romeo are great!!! I had my tub tile grout updated last year and had them come back this year to work on the bathroom floor tile. The grout has really held up and as long as you use the pH cleaner, it should last a long time. If your tile is in good shape but your grout looks stained or off-color, Sir Grout is the way to go!!!
