I just want to give the highest possible recommendation to Ed and Sir Grout. I got several quotes for the job of recaulking, grout repair, and cleaning and sealing, and they offered the most comprehensive approach to the job at a price less than others were charging for doing far less. Ed arrived exactly on time on a snowy morning, and very carefully explained the job. He was super respectful, wearing a mask when he arrived and asking me if he could take it off when he was working alone in the bathroom with the doors closed (of course this was fine with me, but I appreciated him asking!) Ed also took time to explain maintenance and cleaning, which will be important going forward. From the start, Sir Grout had a positive attitude and gave me great confidence that they could renew the look of my shower and extend its life. And it is looking absolutely great!

Sir Grout did an amazing job and couldn't be more pleased. At first the price seemed a bit high but after taking a chance and seeing the work it was well worth it!! Tech was neat and professional and kept us informed all through the project. Allowed us to choose the best color match for the job and the epoxy grout in the 90-degree corners eliminated the need for caulk which always mildews and is impossible to keep clean. We had work done in 3 of our bathrooms and the kitchen. Ed arrived right on time and finished within the estimated time provided (pretty impressive, really!). He was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, and did a great job! We would definitely use him again! Ed was a super experienced, professional, and courteous technician. When I thought about trying to complete the grouting/caulking job myself it seemed overwhelming. Ed completed two bathrooms and part of my kitchen in half a day. He was so great at explaining the process. Patrick who did the virtual estimate was also professional and pleasant and quickly responded to my "night before" rethink of part of the job. He and Ed were able to make the change in service work without a fuss. I will have Sir Grout come out to seal my brand new bathroom to keep the tile clean and sealed.

Patrick was super helpful and professional during the virtual estimate process and when I emailed him the night before the appointment to request a change in the contracted service he responded immediately. Ed arrived exactly on time to start the work, explained several things to me several times until I understood the difference between grout and caulk and silicon, etc. He worked efficiently, let me pick colors to match both bathrooms and the kitchen, and explained how to clean everything to maintain the beautiful quality. I just had a third bathroom completely gutted and remodeled and I will have Sir Grout come back and seal that bathroom's tile to keep it looking like new. I also thought the price was reasonable given it took half a day to complete three areas. And Ed wore his mask while working which is also important to me and he folded himself up into a tiny space to complete the small powder room without complaint.
