Ed and Romeo were great and very professional. Had floors re-grouted and showers re-caulked. Great job overall, as I had originally considered replacing the tile, but so glad I went with Sir Grout instead. My bathroom floors/showers look brand new.

My technician, Romeo, was on time, in fact early, for our 8 am appointment to re-grout and re-caulk. He was very friendly and professional. Most importantly, he got right to work and worked without a break for over 6 hours. Romeo worked very hard to make my bathroom cleaner than it was when it was new. Seriously, the quality of his work product is beyond compare. Ask for Romeo. Super friendly, hard worker, and you will not be disappointed in the final product. Bathroom looks great.

We had moldy caulk in our shower removed and replaced with Litokol epoxy grout. We had grout in our stone-tiled sunroom cleaned and color sealed. The whole process, from estimate to completion, was very professional. Gary explained the process for both parts of the job, shower and sunroom, and we chose Sir Grout partly because of the competitive estimate and partly because we liked what we learned about epoxy grout as a substitute for caulk. Romeo showed up at 8am sharp and worked by himself all day. I was surprised he was able to get everything done in a day, but he was finished by 4pm and everything looked great.
Very professional operation with expertise restoring tile showers. Ed was diligent and thorough cleaning/replacing/restoring the grout, caulk, and silicone in our 10 yr old master tile shower - paying careful attention to matching color, and carefully and patiently prepping all surfaces that required new grout.

We had a great experience with Sir Grout of Washington. Gary came to our home and provided an estimate to wet sand and polish our 20 year old entry/hallway marble floor and bar countertop. The price was competitive and fair, and the company was able to come out to do the work within a couple of weeks. A week and a half later, Ed and Romeo arrived at the house on time (bonus points) and we're super friendly and knowledgeable. They both ran through the process with my husband and me and answered questions. They were great throughout the whole day and dealt with my constant comments and about how things worked and gave suggestions about floor care, etc. We are very pleased with the results - the floor went from dull and dirty to clean and shiny!
