I had the wonderful experience of having Ed come out to my house to correct a botched grouting job from the workers who flipped my house. There was missing grout all between the tiles in my new bathroom. Ed was extremely professional and friendly and took his time explaining the process and searching for every spot that was missing grout. It must have been a hundred places. He allowed me to inspect and work with him to ensure all places were taken care of. He completed the project faster than anticipated and did a wonderful job. I couldn't be happier! Ed Cottrill and Romeo Ramobaya of Sir Grout cleaned and sealed my large terra cotta kitchen floor-lots of grout lines; lots of on hands and knees work. They were careful, skillful, responsible and pleasant - an excellent team. I would highly recommend them to anyone who would like quality work.
Needed caulk in shower stall and seal around the shower stall frame replaced. Sir Grout responded quickly after me contacting them and was able to make an appointment with me in quick fashion. Ed performed the work in just over an hour, and everything looks like I had hoped. He matched the color of the existing caulk and seals. Would recommend, and will likely call them again for future work.
Two crews arrived on time, as scheduled. Started working immediately on my travertine floor tile. Helped me move some furniture around from breakfast area and sun room. Spent over 5 hours working hard to make this 4 year old tile floor shiny and like new again. Then, they showed me how to clean and take care of my tile floor in the future. Very happy about the job. Will use this company every other year from now on, to keep the floor in new condition. I will recommend this company to all my friends and customers (I am a real estate broker). Good job!
Just a quick note of feedback on the crew (one was named Romeo, can't recall other man's name) that did a basement slate floor cleaning job yesterday. WOW they were great - personable, efficient, effective communicators, and tireless workers. They were also very good natured about the LOW ceiling height. And wow, they did a great job. We don't believe the previous owners ever cleaned or sealed the floor, and boy was it filthy. This crew cleaned it three times, and it's a different floor. It looks great, feels great, and the basement's musty smell is gone. If we need floor cleaning again we'll be sure to request them.
