Great experience with Sir Grout, including the estimate process and the completed work. We needed the existing grout dug out and replaced around the edges/corners of our master shower. The reason we went with Sir Grout was that their estimate specified epoxy grout instead of standard grout or silicone. After doing some follow-up research, we found that epoxy grout is superior in almost all ways except that it is considered significantly more difficult to install correctly, which is why most contractors will use other materials. The quote itself was in line with other companies, however, note that there is a $500 minimum. Our tech, Romeo, was polite, respectful, and thorough. Before the work started, he walked us through the plan to double-check everything was correct. He also let us see the grout color options in place to help make a final decision. The final product looks great and we're very happy.
