Helped us identify what material had been causing some abrasion on the granite in 1-2 spots (turned out to be lemon juice!), and helped make those spots smoother. Mauricio came out to do the estimate last week and was very efficient, friendly and fair with the pricing. Trey came this morning and worked efficiently and quietly. Mauricio came this evening (Friday evening!) with the equipment required to do the marble buffet top and it all looks great. We're really happy with the service and would recommend them.

Trey Brocke & Scott Mullinix were the two technicians who came to my home to do the work. Due to a GPS glitch, they were running a little late, which they promptly called me about - to make sure I knew they'd not arrive exactly at the appointment time - almost unheard of quality in the service industry!

Both men were very pleasant & very professional, first walking me through the process they'd be using, then proceeding accordingly. Their work was excellent - very happy with the results! My bathroom floors look brand new again!

The technicians.contractors were punctual, articulate, sharp, highly skilled, and timely with their workmanship. Two technicians/contractors (Trey and Scott) from Sir Grout arrived promptly at my single-family residence in Maryland, first properly identified themselves, then sat down with me prior to commencing the work to make sure that the estimated work scope and quotation as previously prepared and submitted by the company (prepared by Mauricio Marmol-General Manager) was completely understood and consistent with my goals/expectations for the project. Upon discussing and answering all questions that I had at this time, they then conducted a walk-through of the project areas and discussed the procedures and processes that would be implemented in the project. The contractor then commenced work. During the work process and at the completion of each phase the contractor reviewed the work with me, as the owner/customer, and only proceeded to the next phase subsequent to my review and acceptance. Mauricio came to our home and walked through the house to determine what work was required. He was prompt and reasonable with the estimate. He returned to clean, seal and caulk or very large marble shower. He also repaired all of the natural holes that existed in our travertine throughout the entire home.

Mauricio was punctual, pleasant and worked quietly and efficiently the entire day. Even though he worked throughout the entire home, he kept his work area extremely clean and organized. The surfaces look fantastic - almost better than when it was first installed.

I will start with Jeff who came to give me the free quote. He was wonderful and very knowledgeable. You can definitely tell he has a lot of knowledge on all types of stones and many years of experience. He was able to answer all of my questions and even questions I have that did not concern any of the quotes he gave me. He was very nice to talk to and was able to give me a quote and schedule everything right away. He even gave me some tips on cleaning granite even though I decided not to seal the granite with them (but will probably have them do it in the future).

Mauricio was the actual representative that came to perform all of the work. He showed up on time and was very professional. He wanted to see each project that Jeff had quoted me. I even asked him to look at my Master Bathroom even though it wasn't on the list of items to get cleaned and sealed. I asked him a lot of questions which he answered honestly and ga

From start to finish, the Sir Grout representatives were very punctual, professional and thorough. We removed our existing shower enclosure and they came in and completely prepared all the surfaces for the new enclosure installation. They also steam-cleaned, re-grouted and re-caulked the remaining tile areas of our bathroom. This included sealing all the grout and applying a protective coating on all the tile surfaces. They were very considerate of our home to ensure they didn't leave a mess. They also fixed the surface of a portion of our granite kitchen counter top after another contractor failed numerous times. They also polished and sealed the entire counter top.
