Very well. A Sir Grout rep made a preparatory visit during which we received a clear explanation of what needed to be done. The technician arrived on-time, was very personable and clear in explaining what he would do. The bathtub was a tough job because of the decades-old layers of caulk and grout. But, he cleaned it all out and thoroughly installed a mold-resistant caulk that looks good and should give us the protection we need. The caulking jobs in the shower and the kitchen look neat and clean and, again, should provide the protection we need.

Sir Grout did a good job. I had color sealing and cleaning and recaulking. They did everything I asked and also provided touch up color sealer upon request. The bathroom looks much nicer now.

After 23 years, the tile and grout in our kitchen and two bathrooms were in need of refreshing. Gary came out and gave us an estimate. We were able to schedule it almost immediately due to a cancellation, so Charles and Marlin arrived a few days later and spent much of the day at work. The results are great. I'm writing this 9 months after I had my kitchen floor grout refurbished by Sir Grout. I waited because I wanted to see if it was really legit. Well, I'm happy to say the floor is looking good and holding up quite nicely. There were a few touch ups that needed to be done. Gary was great about facilitating this and Charles came promptly and as promised and did a professional job. I am very happy with my decision to go the route of Sir Grout as opposed to getting a whole new kitchen floor! Thank you Gary and Charles!
